Rachel Nekati is the Internationally Published Author of Just Eat-Intermittent Fasting Lifestyle, the very first weightloss, health and wellness book to tell you to Just Eat to a slimmer and healthier you. 

Rachel graduated from the University of Botswana with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and has spent fifteen years in the banking industry. She is a Life Coach, Management Training and Business Consultant in her own company, Achievement Enterprises. She facilitates on many accredited soft skills programs, including: Leadership Development, Supervisory and Management Skills, Change Management, Team Building, Customer Service and Emotional Intelligence, to mention but a few. Rachel is also an advanced indoor cycling instructor

Having spent a considerable number of years coaching and mentoring people across the world, she finds joy in sharing knowledge, imparting skills as well as changing people’s lives in a positive way. Intermittent Fasting, learning and understanding the relationship between regular eating, insulin, and fat loss, has been her most enjoyable and enriching discovery.
